Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced CTO who is passionate about working with talented engineering, business, and marketing professionals in a dynamic and fast moving environment. You will be responsible for building a strong team, capable of delivering quality features and functionality in a regular release cycle. You will manage your team’s deliverables, working closely with product managers and business partners to deliver effective solutions. You will have 5 or more years of proven technical experience with a focus on continuous refinement and improvement of a product platform. Managerial and leadership skills will be highly valued as will excellent oral and written communications skills, an ability to drive multiple projects and evidence of meticulous attention to detail. 

Qualifications: 

1、Five or more years experience in software development preferably in a customer facing website environment; 

2、Strong people management skills, with at least 2 years experience in managing technical teams; 

3、Proven success in hiring, retaining, leading, and mentoring technical talent; 

4、Demonstrated success working in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment;5、Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with other teams in the business from marketing to product; 

6、Experience in developing and executing a long-term technical roadmap that is aligned with business needs; 

7、BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree; 

8、Strong communication skills and fluent in both English and Mandarin.
